Learn the art of meditation in only 3 classes.
Each session uncovers the secrets to Meditation:
- SESSION I: Learn the art of relaxation, how to develop the ALPHA brain wave that manifests deep states of full body and mind relaxation
- SESSION II: Learn to develop the THETA brain wave state and establish a true state of inner peace, the ability for lucid dreaming, overcome troubling issues, enhance intuition and introspection, activate bone growth and healing
- SESSION III: Learn to develop the DELTA brain wave state and establish vital memory, enhance the brain’s ability to release all natural pain killers and create a state of euphoria. Complete the meditation journey by manifesting all brain waves harmoniously: Alpha, Theta, Delta and reintroduce Beta (thinking brain wave), a state renowned as the Gamma State. Manifesting meditation at this level produces quantum healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
